As part of the regular school curriculum, appropriate homework assignments may be required. Assignments may increase from grade to grade in both complexity and time required. Every effort should be made by faculty to be sufficiently flexible in out-of-school assignments to provide for individual student differences. Teachers should attempt to coordinate major homework assignments with one another in order to distribute student homework as evenly as possible.
