Yarmouth's first two electric school buses were delivered to the School Department on February 9. These buses, purchased with federal grant funds, will lower our carbon footprint as they make their rounds each day.
People will be amazed at how quiet and comfortable the new buses are, and we owe much to Peter Fromuth (Yarmouth Sustainability Committee, 5th from the right, above) and Bruce Rudolph (Director of Business Operations, 3rd from the right) for their tireless efforts to make this project a reality.
