The YHS Clippers stayed atop the soccer world in Maine by sweeping the Boys' and Girls' State Championships on November 5. Both games ended with a final score of 3-2, with the Boys' Team defeating John Bapst in regular time, and the Girls' Team storming back from a two-goal deficit to defeat Hermon High School in double overtime. This was the boys' 7th championship in 8 years, while the girls captured their second title since 2017.
