Roya Best '18 has been selected for "The Maine Student Photography" Exhibit - a juried show. shown at Portland Public Library 5 Monument Square Portland, ME 04101 June 16 - Opening reception 2-4pm at the Rines Auditorium The exhibition will run through July 7, and will be open to the public for the July 6 First Friday Art Walk.

The 2018 School Group winner for the Ocean Stewardship Award went to the Yarmouth Shellfish Nursery. Along with Morgan Cuthbert of HMS, the following students were also recognized for their work. Connor Senger '19, Ben Cox-Faxon '19, Grady Welsh '19, Clementine Blashke '19, and Duncan Birkbeck '19

Congrats to Michael Guertler who won the Maine App Challenge at Tyler Technology creating an app called the crank meter which measures the speed of a lacrosse shot and reaction time for the keeper.

On Thursday, May 31st, Mrs. Davison's AP French V and Mrs. Navarro's French III students visited the Gendron Franco Center in Lewiston, ME for a walking tour of "le Petit Canada" a scavenger hunt through the Heritage Museum and an authentic Franco-American lunch! #yhslearns
