The K-12 Student Services professionals continue to work as a team to coordinate a variety of support services for students in grades K-12. Team members include: Guidance Counselors, School Nurses, School Psychologist, Social Workers, Substance Abuse Counselor, and the Director of Instructional Support.

These professionals work with students and families to secure appropriate resources for a variety of needs including but not limited to food, clothing, housing, and medical/dental needs, and mental health services. At various times during the year food and gifts are delivered to families in need.

Each school in the district has developed a school based team system to address student needs. At Yarmouth High School it is the Student Assistance Team. At Harrison Middle School it is the Student Services Team and for grades K-4 the Child Study Team provides the forum for addressing a variety of instructional support needs and concerns.
